We accept selected organic and soil-related materials for a fee when they fit our current production needs. Every load must be approved before arrival.
Rates below are our standard public starting rates. Commercial, recurring-volume and unusually difficult loads may be priced differently. Final price is confirmed with load approval.

Soil with a moderate amount of medium rock is currently listed at $20 per cubic yard. Other stripped topsoil or unusual soil loads may still need separate review depending on rocks, roots, organics, moisture, contamination and current yard needs.
Send one wide photo of the pile/load and two close photos showing texture, rocks, roots and contamination. For larger projects, tell us the total estimated yards and expected number of loads.
Call, email or use our contact page with photos, material type and estimated quantity. We will confirm whether we can accept it, where to dump it and the applicable rate.
Yes. Every load must be approved before delivery. Acceptance can change with material condition, contamination, quantity, moisture, yard capacity and current production needs.
Published rates are per cubic yard unless noted. Final acceptance and price are confirmed when the load is approved. Commercial and recurring-account pricing may differ.
Potentially. Unscreened stripped topsoil can be useful to us, but approval depends on current need, condition, contamination, rocks, roots, organics and moisture. Send photos before hauling it in.
Send clear photos, material type, approximate cubic yards, source or jobsite, truck or trailer type, and the date you want to bring it in.
Usually no. Materials should be separated and reasonably clean. Mixed trash, plastic, metal, treated or painted wood, demolition debris, and chemically contaminated material are not accepted.
